Wine waiter :
The art of the Wine waiter is to serve the right wine at the right moment, the right vintage with the right dish, at the right temperature, decanted or not ? The role of the wine waiter is also to help people to choose their wine, and to speak about it. Each bottle has got its own story to tell ...
